2025 Annual Conference of Kingstone

On December 31, 2025, all employees of Kingstone  Co., Ltd. gathered together to grandly hold the 2025 Annual Conference. With the theme of "Challenge · Unity · Leap", this year's conference introduced new attempts to the traditional sessions, filling the venue with an unprecedented warm atmosphere and a strong sense of solidarity.

The conference kicked off with a speech by Chairman Liu Jianlong. First of all, Chairman Liu expressed his sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work and achievements in 2025, and briefly reviewed the company's business activities over the past year. He then announced a more motivating performance-linked incentive policy for the upcoming first quarter of 2026. Emphasizing that this new policy would strongly boost the further development of both individuals and the organization, his speech was met with warm applause full of anticipation from the audience.

This was followed by the Commendation Ceremony for Outstanding Employees of 2025. Employees who had made remarkable achievements in various departments were called out one by one, and Chairman Liu personally presented them with certificates of commendation and souvenirs. The venue was filled with warm wishes for the winners' honors and hard work, as well as an atmosphere of encouragement and recognition.

A particularly eye-catching session this year was the "Commitment Oath (Goal Achievement Pledge)" ceremony held by the Manufacturing Department and the Sales Department. The person-in-charge of the two departments took the stage, read out and publicly displayed the pledge letters containing clear numerical goals and firm determination. This solemn and powerful moment reaffirmed the departments' responsibilities and unity, greatly boosted the morale of all attendees, and became a groundbreaking highlight of the conference.

In the second half of the celebration, the baton was passed to the brilliant talent shows performed by the employees. One singing performance after another, showcasing voices never heard in daily work, took the stage. Laughter, cheers and rounds of applause filled the venue, presenting a harmonious and joyful scene of a big family.
